What is Periodontitis?

It is desirable to massage the gums every morning. Press your upper right finger from top to bottom with your index finger. Do the opposite when it comes to the lower right. Go your finger from the bottom up. Let the massage last 3 minutes.

Change your toothbrush every 3 months.
