Train Your Body and Prepare for the Changing Weather

In a certain period of the year, there is increased geomagnetic activity, that is, sudden changes in the Earth’s magnetic field. These are so-called magnetic storms, which, by the way, occur more often in the cold period of the year. Scientists have determined that these changes affect the health status of as many as 15% of the population. Above all, cardio-vascular patients are the most exposed to this negative influence. But, even in relatively healthy people, certain biorhythm changes are observed. For this reason, perhaps we should, within our power, do something about it. So, train your body and prepare for the change in weather.

Heart disease

Who is affected by magnetic tempest

We have already mentioned that cardio-vascular patients are the most exposed to the effect of this geomagnetic activity. Namely, statistics show that as many as 70% of heart attacks and strokes occur in this period of the year. Also, it is evident that this phenomenon has a negative effect on people suffering from respiratory diseases, as well as diseases of the central nervous system. For this reason, experts recommend all of them to pay special attention to their health during those days.

Magnetic Tempest

Apart from the aforementioned conditions, some other interesting facts are evident. Namely, during magnetic storms, the number of traffic accidents and injuries increases, the number of premature births increases, and the condition of mentally ill patients worsens. At the same time, healthy people experience insomnia, headaches, and joint pain. We often witness the fact that we feel certain discomforts in certain weather conditions.

Physical activity as a preventive measure

The best way out in case of sensitivity to geomagnetic changes is physical activity.

Physical activity

It, especially in the open space, increases the body’s resistance to the effects of unfavorable external factors. With your activity, you improve metabolism and blood circulation, nourish the cells of your body and strengthen the nervous system. It is good to do some simple yoga exercises in the evening, as well as to stretch.

Suggestions on how to train your body and prepare for the weather change

The first exercise – the initial position is standing, legs together, arms stretched out in front of the body, palms together. Spread your arms out to the side as you exhale and return to the starting position as you inhale. Repeat the exercise 10 to 20 times. Of course, breathe calmly, in the rhythm of the movement.

The second exercise – stand with your feet together. The palms are on the chest, the upper side of the palms are turned outwards, your fingers are intertwined, and the elbows are turned to the side. Extend your arms forward, so that the palms face upwards. At the same time, you inhale air. You return your hands to the initial position and exhale. Repeat the exercise 3 to 5 times.

The third exercise – the starting position is the same as in the previous exercise. But this time you raise your arms up to 45% in relation to your neck. Do this 3 times. Then, extend your arms again, but this time raise them above your head. Inhale as you extend your arms, and exhale as you return them to the starting position. Do this phase of the exercise 3 times as well. Finally, repeat Exercise 2 and 3 one after the other, six times.

Conclusion

Regardless of your physical condition, these 3 exercises should not be a problem for you. They are very simple, and their emphasis is on proper breathing, which plays a major role here. With train your body, you improve breathing through physical activity, which again speaks to its importance.
