Namely, while lying on the exercise mat, bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Raise your arms, holding the weights, and straighten them straight in front of you. Slowly bring your arms together at the elbows. In this way, you also lower the load to your shoulders. Repeat the exercise at least 15 times.
