At the same time, experts attribute to it the effect of relieving pain after intense exertion.

The following fact is also interesting: according to some tests after the training, experts noticed that coughing, shortness of breath, etc. occur less often. Therefore, people with cardiovascular problems should give up the consumption of these drinks, or reduce it to the smallest possible extent.

Based on everything that we have presented above, it is clear that this “black drink”, like other energy drinks, has a positive effect. Therein lies the contribution of caffeine in building strength and endurance.
